Fifth Avenue 5K (Oakhurst)
No Boundaries offers a fun group training approach to preparing for a 5K race. The training program is designed to best suit people new to running/walking or those just getting back into it. Along the way we will provide you with: nine weeks of guided group training, a technical T-shirt, and a pair of athletic socks. Registration for the race is NOT included in the program cost. Training will include both a run/walk program, plus a walking only option.
Summer Speed Training

You've run 5K's and 10K's before, but now you want to turn up the speed. This is the training crew for you! Supplement your summer workouts with speed training from Fleet Feet Decatur. Join us once a week for varied workouts all aimed at making you faster. Training will include hill workouts, plyometrics, strides, and speedbuilders. This is NOT a training group for beginning runners. Participants MUST be able to complete a 10K distance.
