Atlanta Dogwood Festival Mimosa 5K
No Boundaries offers a fun group training approach to preparing for a 5K race. The training program is designed to best suit people new to running/walking or those just getting back into it. Along the way we will provide you with: nine weeks of guided group training, a technical T-shirt, and a pair of athletic socks. Registration for the race is NOT included in the program cost. Training will include both a run/walk program, plus a walking only option. A special track jacket for training group members will be available for 50% off the original purchase price.
