Fleet Feet Decatur's 10-Miler training program is designed to help intermediate runners cross the finish line at 10-Miler races this Fall. Training participants must be able to complete 10K distance at a 13:00/mi. pace or faster before registering. Train for the 2017 PNC Atlanta 10-Miler (October 22) or other races in a fun group setting, supported by a coach and mentors to help you conquer your race goals. Training sessions are offered weekly on two different days to allow flexibility to meet your schedule. Cost of participation includes nine weeks of fully guided training, a technical T-shirt, and a pair of socks courtesy of Balega! Program does NOT include race registration. Join the group.
